These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between Rating Radar ("Company") and individuals or legal entities ("User") using the Google review management platform ("Platform") offered through www.ratingradar.com or mobile applications.
By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you declare and undertake that you have read, understood and accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Rating Radar is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables businesses to collect, monitor and respond to Google Maps reviews from multiple locations and stores through a single panel. Key features of the Platform include:
A valid email address is required to create an account to use the Platform. The User;
is obligated. The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete the account without prior notice if user information is false or misleading.
The Platform is offered through paid subscription plans covering different features. Active plan information, features and prices are published on the Platform's pricing page.
Rating Radar reserves the right to unilaterally update, change or reset the prices of all subscription plans offered on the Platform at any time without any justification. Price changes;
Continuing to use the Platform after the new price period begins means you accept the updated price. If you do not accept the price change, you have the right to cancel your subscription before the new billing period begins.
Payments are collected as prepaid on a monthly or annual basis according to the selected plan. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer/EFT. If payment cannot be processed, the subscription may be suspended; if payment is not made within 15 days, the account may be closed.
For annual plans, a full refund is provided if a cancellation request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. No refund is made for cancellations after this period; the subscription remains active until the end of the relevant period. No refunds are provided for monthly plans.
The User agrees to comply with the following rules when using the Platform:
All software, designs, graphics, texts, logos and content on the Platform are the exclusive property of Rating Radar and are protected under Turkish intellectual and industrial property legislation and international treaties. The User is granted only a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive usage license within the framework of these Terms.
Data uploaded by the User to the Platform (review responses, templates, etc.) continues to belong to the User; the Company uses this data only for the purpose of providing the service.
Rating Radar does not guarantee and accepts no liability for the following:
The Company's maximum liability for any damage is limited to the subscription fee paid by the User in the 3 (three) month period preceding the date the damage occurred.
Rating Radar reserves the right to temporarily restrict or suspend access to the Platform for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible. The Company also has the right to add, remove or change features, and these changes do not create an obligation to provide prior notice.
The User can cancel their subscription at any time through Platform settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Company may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice in cases of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment or use that disrupts public order.
In case of account closure or termination, user data is retained for 30 days. Data export can be requested during this period; otherwise, data is permanently deleted.
Personal data processed through the Platform is processed under our Privacy Policy published as a separate document. The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of these Terms.
Rating Radar reserves the right to unilaterally update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect 7 (seven) days after publication on the Platform. Sending a notification to your registered email address is considered sufficient notice. Continuing to use the Platform after the change means you accept the current Terms.
These Terms are interpreted and applied within the framework of the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be severed from the Terms; the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
